BNICHE Realty Consultants was founded by Ann Velazquez to correct a fundamental imbalance in the real estate industry. After years of experience with a couple of the big name brokerages, she saw firsthand that traditional models are designed to prioritize the agent’s commission and control of the transaction—not the homeowner’s independence.

In most cases, sellers are expected to rely entirely on an agent, with limited visibility into strategy, pricing decisions, or negotiation tactics. BNICHE was built to change that.
